Something about blogs

Today I will write about my blog experience… That is the first time I use blogs, and I think it is interesting, is a different way to express yourself and share your feeling with the others. At the same time, you could know something else about other people, or any theme, because there are some blogs dedicated to talk about politics or sports or tips for anything. On the other hand, English blogs help me to think a little more in English, because when I write, I try to express my own in English directly, I try to forget the Spanish for a moment. At first, was difficult, but come easily with the time. That results very funny for me too, because I love write, I always write letters to my friends and family. I like to express myself. When I write, many times I find answers to my troubles because I feel flow my mind, no matter the theme I write. Nevertheless, I don’t think, I continue using blogs, because I prefer use paper and pencils, and leave the technology for other things. I wish you were enjoyed the experience too. Something about my dog

Today I’m going talking about my dog, her name is Regalona, she’s Little, very lazy and old too, she’s thirteen and I want to write something about her, because I’m a Doglover, and obviously I love my dog very much <3

Well, Regalona was born on March 27th, 2001 in a veterinary center called Santa Clara. My dad adopted her because I wanted to have a pet, and I promissed take care about any pet. So, Regalona was something like my first “responsability”. When she arrived to my home, I was six, and I only played with her. But, after I growed up, and I understood the real meaning of “responsability”.

She loves food ( any kind of food, is incredible ._.), loves walk around the park, sleep, chase her tail, bury anything, and break my cuddly toys ( I know cuddly toys are child-like, but I love them!)

Over my viewpoint, the best thing of have a pet is the company. No matter the situation, Regalona is with me, when I’m sad, she lick my hand and I take it like a “be happy”.

Now, like I said before, she’s thirteen, and has Little tumours, but fortunately, these are not malignant. Anyway I know she’s old, but I don’t think in the death. I only enjoy each moment with her J

 

Something about the semester

This semester in the faculty  has been very special in many ways, because studying here was my dream for many time, and now is my reality. I think, I’m in the best moment of my life no matter the difficult subjects or bad REALLY bad marks, because anyway, I have great people with me. Here, I knew very beautiful people, they are my friends now, and I wish our friendship comes stronger with the time. The main characteristic of us is the laugh. We’re laughing all day. Today could be a bad day, but we know how reutrn to the happiness, specially with the group company. I’m very greatful to meet with them, to have them in my life, for enjoy the time…I can find a support in them. I’m anxious for the moments in the future with them. Now I give them everyday my happiness, my energy words, and my love too J And well… they are my friends: Andrea, Diego, Juan, Débora, Cecilia, Fernando, Sebastián, Marcelo and Benjamín , love u guys ! <3 If any of you read this: I want to say to you, from the bottom of my heart thanks for be a part of my life now

                                    

Something about the father of modern dentistry

                                             

Hi everyone!! Today I’m going talking about Pierre Fauchard, who is cosiderated the father of modern Dentistry.  He was born in  1678. He is very known for his book “The Surgeon Dentist”. The book is about the Oral Anatomy, sings and symptoms of some Oral Patologies, some thechniques for removing decay theet, Periodontal disease, and little about teeth transplantation. So we talk about the first complete scientific book about Dentistry too. The book consist in two volumes, and them was published in 1728.

His ideas was widely spread in Europe, and his work influenced many medical minds. They found a guide in the legacy of Pierre. On the other hand, is important to mention, Fauchard was too considerated like one of the first studious to denounce malpractices in Dentistry. He acussed many pepople who prentended be a Dentist without knowledge or experience.

Now a days, an academy was inspired in his memory, The Pierre Fauchard Academy is an International Dental Organization that was founded 1936. The objective of the academy is recognize  and acknowledge to dedicated dentists. 

Something about a little reflexion

Hi everyone! Today I want to speak about films... But, this is a very big topic, so manily I will talking about my favorite movie and that’s Titanic <3 Well, I love a lot of movies, about different topics, like horror, thriller, animated films, documentary…but Titanic is the best film that I ever seen and I talk a little about the message of the film for me. I think, my preference is because in my family there are a very similar story, but with a happy end; my grandfather’s parents met for first time in a ship, and even they got married in the ship, after a week since their first met. Fine, I don’t know if the story have a relation with that, but is a posibility… About the film, I think not only in the love story,I  also think in the tragedy, I think in the film there are a very deep message about past…How the first class had some preferences because the money, and the poor people were discriminated, and we can do a parallel with today. Today, here we don’t have an aristrocacy class strictly speaking, but there are people with lot of money, and with lot of preferences over other pepole, and we can think the rights are violated . About the love story, I think the message is the appearence doesn’t really matter. Is really difficult to me speak about love, because I think it doesn’t have an explication, doesn’t have an analysis, just feel it J

A wonderful trip

This is part of my family 5 years ago, in San Pedro de Atacama, a little town near Calama, in Antofagasta region. This was an awesome trip, because we visited a lot of places there. This photo makes me remember all beautiful thing that I saw. The place in the photo particularly, is near the Cejar lagoon, a very special lagoon because it's a salad lagoon, so any pepole can float in there, without effort, and that's cool ! 

This trip was special because that was de first time in an airplane for my grandparents, so they were excited. The photo was taken by Ricardo, a tourist guide. That was our first day in San Pedro, so we were there a week. We went to Ojos del Salado, El Tatio geysers, Salar de Atacama, Chaxa lagoon, Valle Arcoiris, Miñiquies and Miscanti lagoons, fort Quitor, Valle de la Luna, Valle de la Muerte, Toconao, and many other really beautiful places.

Before I went, I thought the desert was boring and ugly too, because I love green, and the south has many green !! so, a place without gren was ugly, but now I admit I was in a TERRIBLE error. The north and the south are very beautiful places in different ways, they are not comparable, both have magic places. If you hace the oportunity to go to San Pedro de Atacama, don't loose it! Is a WONDERFUL place, with many surpraises for you :)

Something about grandparents

Today I feel so reflexive and I want to write about grandparents...I'm very sensible when I talk about it, because my grandparents means to me something really big. I know there are some people who can't understand me, but ...If you have your grandparents in the forgetfulness, I invite to you, to improve that, don't loose the chance of meeting with your grandparents, don't wait for tomorrow, because it would be later, enjoying them now. 

About my grandparents, I have my four grandparents with me, and I consider it luck. When I go on vacation, I often go with them and my parents, and I really enojoy it. One of them says " I reared to my children and now I pamper to my grandaughter". I like think they are immortal, but last year I understood they are not, but I'm happy because I express them my love anytime, and that's mutual,  so I'm ready for anything. 

Don't leave your grandparents alone, discover their stories could be fun, receive their hugs could be a really great gift, now is time to do it. GIVE THEM YOUR LOVE <3
